I'm Claudia and I work as a visual storyteller based in Spain.
I'm a documentary wedding and family photographer and I'm passionate about what keeps us connected, the bonds we make during our life and how we can celebrate love on a daily basis.
That is why weddings and families are so important to me, because on one hand these are days in which you genuinely celebrate love with your loved ones in a grand way, but on the other hand, there is nothing sweeter than capturing a loving family having fun together for no special reason other than they love each other and want to remember that.
As a mother of two (and a dog!) I know that kids grow at an insane speed and all the hardships of taking care of little humans will be missed when they grow old. So bring your kids, your dogs (please, bring your dog if you have one!) and let's just have fun!
So all of this is to let you know that you can count on me to capture those memories for you!

Where are you based?
I'm based in Madrid, Spain, but I can travel anywhere to capture your wedding!
What would be your perfect wedding to capture?
My favorite weddings are small and filled with flowers, where tradition meets modern days, because the earrings the bride is wearing were her grandmother's, but the shoes are a very personal statement when it comes to style and maybe not your usual wedding shoes, for example. I absolutely love when bride and groom just want to be surrounded by friends and family and have fun, but also value their time for pictures, because they know these are the little things that will take them to their wedding day over and over again in the future.
How would your describe your style of wedding photography?
I've been a wedding photographer for more than 10 years now and I have shot a LOT of weddings (and ate delicious wedding cakes as well!). So my style has developed over the years into something quite organic and close. I'll be there in a very discreet way (I don't drag a ton of equipment with me), but I'm always trying to make everyone around me as comfortable as possible, because pictures will be much better if people are at ease. I want to capture the little things that go unnoticed and the details you spent so much time planning, but also your family hugging you and laughing, your friends crying over your vows, or looking proud to see you so happy. I don't do staged photography, but I will tell you that you need a photo with your parents and/or grandparents if they are there. It's about a legacy and also a very personal life story - yours.
We are very shy and not very used to being in front of a camera, how do you go around this?
Don't you worry about a single thing. It'll be a few minutes of awkwardness when we meet, and when you think about it, you won't remember feeling nervous or self-conscious at all. I'm very used to people not being used to be in front of cameras, and also a few ones that actually dread it. And with my friendly approach and the fact that I love to talk with people and getting to know them, you'll be more focused on what I'm asking you than thinking if you're smiling the right way. Actually one of the FIRST things I always tell my clients when we start is "Don't look at the camera, but at each other!"
How long do you take to deliver the photos?
Usually I take around 3 months (maybe a bit more if it's peak season), but I will send you a sneak-peek a few weeks after your wedding and the gallery will also include a lovely slideshow!
Can we meet you before deciding to book your services?
Sure! We can have a chat over a cup of coffee or to save everyone's precious time, we can schedule a zoom meeting! I love to know how your love story started and how you ended up planning a wedding!
How can we book you?
You can just send me an email letting me know what package you're interested in and after paying a booking fee and signing a contract, you are booked in my calendar!

The more comfortable you feel with me, the more your true self will show and that is exactly what I want to capture. Because the way you look at each other, laugh with each other and the way you touch each other is what you want to remember in the years to come.
I can't tell you that you won't notice me on your wedding day, because that is not how I work. I'm there for you, so I will tag along and share stories to make you laugh and even help you with the wedding dress. Your guests may even think I'm your longtime friend and I will try to create some romantic pictures for you to frame, but I will always strive for the more candid images I can.
