Well, this photo shoot has one two three things I absolutely love together: the place for the shoot was chosen carefully, according to bits of their story together, it has my sweet Alentejo that has the most beautiful light of all times (please forgive me, dear Lisbon, it's not that your light is not as beautiful, but it's different!) and it has a dog!
Vera and Pedro tell a very romantic story and celebrate their love in a very special way. When they decided to get married they wanted all the details to make sense, they wanted the venue to have some sort of connection with their story (hence being a wine producer) and they absolutely wanted their dog to be part of the whole thing! So obviously, Rossi, the dog, was the third wheel on their engagement shoot.
On a summer day we drove to Comporta for the first part of the photo shoot, to have some pictures taken at the wine company where the two met. We went for stroll around the vineyards, Rossi played with his ball, ran like crazy and we took advantage of the pretty details of the place. Then we drove to Grândola, where Pedro's family has a rural property and we arrived just in time for the most beautiful moments of the golden sunset. We literally ran for that last minute rays of sunshine, and I happened to take a few of my favorite pictures since I ever started shooting.
