I have said it before, but having a family photo session where the parents are relaxed, who play and laugh with their little ones, without me saying a single word. Photographing this family was exactly like this, Julia and Gui and their parents just strolled around this park right in the middle of the city. A beautiful summer afternoon... they ran, they played together, they layed down on a blanket they had and of course, it ended with a snack! It was so much fun meeting this family and hanging out with them!

There’s something magical about watching a family simply enjoy each other’s company, especially when the city buzz is replaced by birdsong and soft sunlight filtering through the trees. It’s in those small, unscripted moments—when Gui bursts into giggles chasing his sister, or when Julia pauses to pick a flower for her mom—that the real essence of family shines through. No posing needed, just a warm afternoon and their connection doing all the work.

Sessions like this remind me why I love what I do. It’s not about perfect outfits or everyone looking at the camera—it's about the hugs, the glances, the stories that unfold in between the clicks. This family gave me a glimpse into their world for one afternoon, and I feel grateful to have captured these memories they’ll look back on years from now, remembering exactly how that summer day felt.
