depois de ver alguns colegas a recorrerem ao carmencita film lab, um laboratório de revelação e digitalização espanhol, decidi que tinha de experimentar também! tinha uma série de rolos por revelar e depois de preencher a ficha descritiva, de os proteger bem e de os enviar para espanha, fiquei ansiosamente à espera de notícias. chegou o dia do pagamento e o dia de receber as digitalizações estava cada vez mais próximo. mas sem saber ao certo quando seria, espera-se quase sem querer pensar muito nisso, assim quando o mail chegasse seria a surpresa total. e assim foi na segunda de manhã!

after noticing some photographer friends sending out their film rolls to carmencita film lab, a spanish lab, i knew i had to try them! i had 5 rolls of film to send and after filling out their sheet, protecting the rolls to ship them to spain, i waited patiently for the results. first came the invoice to pay and once i had that done, i knew the moment to see the results was getting closer. but this is how film works… we take things slowly, we think more about each picture we take, we wait, and we enjoy the results just like on a christmas morning. this past monday was christmas to me. 5 rolls of film all waiting to be downloaded! oh the joy!
