And after the engagement photo shoot, here comes the bride... and the groom for their wedding day! Vanessa got ready on their small apartment right in the center of Lisbon, her dress was made by the talented Pureza de Mello Breyner and it suited her perfectly! Then came the ceremony which happened on a church close by, everything on their neighbourhood. I love these kind of arrangements! It takes away so much stress!

But then yes, we had to drive for 40' for their venue, but it was perfect too! Take a look if you don't believe me! This is also one of my favorite venues around Lisbon! The nicest people, a beautiful place with amazing surroundings and great food!

Quinta dos Machados, nestled just outside Mafra, is one of those places where history and nature come together beautifully.
