This surprise proposal photography session in Madrid will always be one of my favorites of the kind. I had done proposal photo sessions before, but usually the proposal would happen within a photo session that was fully booked by the couple. This time everything was planned in secret and the actual photo session only started after the proposal itself.

And the curious is that after this one, it felt like the universe aligned, because a few more unfolded throughout the year and I fell in love with these surprise proposal sessions in the city.

Alex reached out to me with his ideas and we planned for everything to happen in El Retiro. I have a spot that I absolutely love, it's quite private while being just nearby one of the main attractions of the park, and still has plenty of flowers, even during summer months.
